We stayed here in May of 2021 and the place was struggling with staffing and management turnover. We were invited to return and are overwhelmed with the improvement. The entire staff has been amazing. The team at the pool is amazing. Friendly, hard working and very sociable. The management team has gone over the top to make our stay amazing. The spa is wonderful as well. Dominique gave us the most amazing facials and the massages were unbelievable. We will be back every summer!!

We stayed one night as I was attending an event at 'Talkingstick' May 28th. Our stay was so relaxing, the food was great and kudos to their chef. I had Salmon salad and I believe he had chicken. The food was very tasty and prepared with perfection. The bar tenders were exceptional, drinks pricey but what isn't these days. The room was nice and the bed literally comfortable this doesn't happen much. They provide room service, we ordered breakfast which arrived hot and delicious. Like to say a big thank you to the front desk for their pleasant attitude/smiles. On my next visit I will definitely be sitting out enjoying the pool area which looked so refreshing. I definitely recommend this place for a pleasant getaway the decor is amazing.

beautiful hotel, beautiful location. Service was OK. This hotel was remotely located, not near anything (bars, restaurants, etc). You are paying for scenery here, not proximity to vendors. The bar is OK, they make delicious wings, but this group is clueless at making a good cup of coffee. Also the pool(s) look like the YMCA, could use a refresh esp on tile and finishes. but the overlook of the valley & fountain is interesting. Bring some ice cream and your own coffee and you'll be happy here. Interestingly, it's not too hot here during the late spring/summer months. An enjoyable breeze blows in the morning outside at this location keeping things comfortable until about noon when the temps rise above 100 F. Then your computer starts to melt. Time to head back to the A/C, which is frigid, so bring a jacket. Also forget the valet parking, it's a waste of time and money. Just park down the hill for free and walk in the building yourself. Most valets take FOREVER to retrieve your car, ad this place is no exception. I feel bad for the parking guys. But they should learn how to brew coffee and they would make some money at this place.

What an amazing ladies spa weekend getaway at this beautiful hotel! The staff made us feel so welcome right when we arrived and went above and beyond during our stay. Nestled in a beautiful mountain setting, the hotel grounds were impeccable with water features and beautiful views of the mountains. We had amazing treatments at the spa, food and drinks were delicious, enjoyed the star gazing and the gym was world class. Thank you to the staff for making this an amazing experience - can’t wait to come back.

Not officially, but unless they are slammed, you might ask with a smile.
