We stayed at the Four Seasons for 4 nights and location wise the resort is in the middle of a really nice area, with amazing desert scenery. A perfect spot for hiking. The hotel even have a path leading to the Pinnacle Peak hike. I am giving the hotel 4 stars because of the front desk service. We had a young gentleman that was not very nice and clearly needed more training how to treat his costumers. After a little stress, I finally asked for the manager and she was delightful. Another reason I am giving a 4 star is because of the lack of activities for the kids. I feel like the resort is a great place for couples, but not a lot to do for kids. Maybe a 2 or 3 day stay top, unless you are planning to cruise around and explore the surroundings. Another point was the grounds of the hotel, landscape wise the hotel was impeccable, however the buildings definitely needed some maintenance, the wood details specially. Again, this review is based on this location being a Four Seasons. Maybe if it was another resort, I would be ok, but when I think of Four Seasons, I have high expectations.

Beautiful experience! I am so in love with the desert and this resort is just what I wanted. I really wanted something that felt remote and was quiet and offered a desert vibe, which it does. The grounds are beautiful, and the rooms were so comfortable. The staff are phenomenal and unbelievably kind and helpful. I was happy to see how diverse the staff were as I absolutely appreciate inclusion in the corporate world. Would absolutely recommend.

Scottsdale offers the perfect weather for spring break. This property is great, it needs some renovation, but the overall experience is great. The public spaces are very nice and visually inspiring. The property is family friendly and the little one met some nice children to play with. I prefer the off site dining options. I recommend the following, House Brasserie, Fat Ox, FnB and SumoMaya. If you have small children, check out the childrens museum of phoenix, very cool. We had some issues with the room, but the staff handled the requests properly, so we could enjoy our trip, without distraction. We plan to come back here same time next year.

Stunning location, setting, landscaping. Design and architecture is chic desert elegance. Rooms are spacious and good features and amenities. In Casita dining always does an excellent breakfast. The rest of F&B is hit or miss. Housekeeping has improved. Check your patio, balcony furniture before using. It might not be cleaned. Pool complex is stunning. Service during my most recent stay was a disaster. Lots of staff changes have occurred. I have stayed periodically since 2001.

There are lots of golf courses close by, ranging from perhaps $50 to $300 based on what I've seen when visiting the area.
