Went in for a drug test, ended up having to leave because I waited for 30 minutes and no one helped me. There were only two other people there. Unacceptable.

Do NOT get your blood drawn here. It took 3 phlebotomists and 5 needles to finally draw blood from me (my veins are very visible too). I was sore and bruised in several places by the time I left. They convinced me to break my fast which skewed my test results (my blood sugar was so low and I couldn’t think clearly). The facility is not the cleanest or well kept either. Highly NOT recommended!

Yea I tried thr customer service line and it just says refer to the website. They have the worst customer service!
