Edit: I Googled the name of the person I was supposed to see, Kristen Badaway, and it turns out she was standing right next to the receptionist when I told them I had a 3:50pm appointment to see Kristen Badaway. Then the receptionist said there's no providers in the office right now that can help you. Massive unprofessional behavior! There's no possible way Kristen Badaway didn't hear me say this, she was less than a foot away from the receptionist. She did not have a name tag on for me to realize who she was. I left the building, then Kristen Badaway left the building and drove off, her car was parked directly in front of mine. At that time I didn't know that was her. But then I Googled and got her image and realized what happened. I am furious and I will tell everybody about this! This review is about their scheduling Department which is not located within this building. I have no comments concerning the people here, just their scheduling department. Both of my ear canals are solid red, itching, and bleeding like crazy. I desperately need care. I called and they told me they had an opening for 3:50 p.m. today. Wonderful! This place is clear across town from where I live so I figured no problem I desperately need care, they can see me today, I'm very happy! Keep in mind this is rush hour traffic. I drive to get there, show up at the front desk and they tell me that not only do I not have an appointment today but they don't have any providers currently in the building. So I called the scheduling number again and they tell me that they don't have an appointment scheduled for me at all? What the hell? They've lost my business.

I had an appointment for today at 4:20pm. I couldn't find the location of the office. I called the only phone number I had and was on hold for 20 minutes. When someone finally answered, they told me that they were the scheduling department and not even the location I had been trying to reach. I spent another 15 minutes on hold. Come to find out I had been given an incorrect address and according to Google Maps I was about 30 minutes away. I was then informed that the provider had left for the day and that I would need to reschedule. They did not have a time or date that worked with my schedule. She checked another location that is closer to home for me and they were booked out over a month. When I scheduled my appointment, I explained that I am from Wisconsin, I had been living in Fort Collins but recently moved to Thornton, I had a prescription that has run out and my skin has gotten bad and I needed to have it refilled ASAP. I traveled from Fort Collins where I still work in rush hour traffic and it took nearly 2 hours just to get to this wrong address I was given plus another hour to get back home. It was a waste of time and money for me and I will not rebook with this company or this provider. When I didn't show up to the appointment, they didn't even the consideration to call. And when I tried to reach them, it should not have taken 35 minutes on hold to do so. Judging by previous reviews it was a blessing in disguise because quite clearly they are giving themselves a reputation of not caring about their patients or their concerns as is my short-lived experience.

Sounds like this is an issue with other patients from reading reviews, but I'll throw my story in, too: After my prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy, I've called a number of times and left messages to remedy the situation and have never been able to get someone on the phone or get a call back. Switching dermatologists after weeks without my medications because of this office's inability to do their job. Huge bummer!
