Poor customer service, not very welcoming. Next time I will go on line, but sometimes they are rude as well.

Only airport I've been to in a big city where there's no ride shares and no Express shuttles to downtown. I flew in just past 9:00 p.m. whole curb of people could not get a ride share so I took the bus which takes over an hour to get downtown because it stops everywhere. I misspoke you're not a big city

Lower level next to where the city bus parks..so that means you would go to your far right when coming out. You will see a parking lot on your right..check the columns for the lyft signage. Hope that helps
