Worst customer service ever... especially Bernadetta has no clue of customer service and her job. No good research of trademarks. The don't want to print my own design. Of course they prefer to print their cheap pre-productions so they don't have to produce them for me especially. It's a nightmare. And writing people who have no clue of nothing is really hard. The send papers with foreign languages... How can you offer service worldwide and do not translate your forms... Unfortunately they don't care about one single customer. As long as the company runs well they keep their attitudes. Shame on This Company, Shame on Bernadetta, and shame on her "America First!" policy...

Awesome customer service! PopSockets really stand by their products. I have so many of their products and I love how seamlessly they work. CA has strict hands-free device laws so their car mount is a life saver!

The holidays are fast approaching, and the reality is that many employees, at a lot of companies are off for the holidays/New Year, particularly from Customer service departments. If it is urgent, I've seen PopSockets routinely sold at TJ Maxx, Marshalls, also Century 21. You may want to check out any locations that may be nearby, as PopSockets sold in these stores are always sold at half price. You can switch out the Pop Caps or the accordions, with what you may be able to find.
They are usually fixable though, what broke on it or how did it pop apart? Also, if you get ahold of Popsockets customer service, they are usually good about sending out a new one if it's truly broke. I've had many popsockets in the last 3 or 4 years, and they are pretty sturdy and usually don't break, unless you drop it or smash it somehow, but that would be your fault. 😆 They can come apart at a couple of places, but you can put it back together and it will be fine.
You should always be able to contact them. I've ordered from Popsocket for a couple of years now and have never had problems contacting them if I need to. Go to the website, scroll to the bottom of page, and there's an option that says Support. Click that and it gives many options to contact them.

Popsockets is headquartered in Boulder but they're mainly an online business. No, they don't have Harley Davidson Popsockets.
Because they are amazing!!! They help to hold on to the phone, they act as a stand, you can get mounts that work with them so you can hang them anywhere, on any wall, in your car, etc. It's fun to dress your phone up with the cool designs that they have, make your phone more stylish, and they are so fun to pop and play with, especially if you're bored.
