I've called 2 different days in a week to schedule an appt with Amy. I had to leave messages because no one answers the phone. I'm still waiting to hear back from someone.. it's very irritating when you find someone who does your hair the way you want it then you can't get back in because no one answers the phone. I don't have Amy's personal number to actual call her, but common curiosity is to return a phone call. Very disappointing!!
