Pretty sad when someone in this facility has bed bugs since 8/6 and the facility can’t figure out how to fumigate the room! If I could give them negative stars I would!

I have been a resident here at Dayspring Villa for 14 months. The staff are very personable and caring. Residents are all respectful. I am disabled and need minimal help, I get help getting dressed when needed, my wheelchair doesn't fit in the laundry room so housekeeping does it for me, also with my apartment (dusting, sweeping) as needed. My meds are all kept up and delivered as needed. I'm reminded when it's time for meals. Also, the activities, games, shopping, I feel safe. There is no perfect place,. But I'm happy here at home.

The director is rude and don't help with processing paperwork needed to transfer their patients to a nursing home. They never answer their phone or return calls or messages

No. Our apartments have cable and phone service hook-ups available, but you will need to call Comcast to arrange for cable or phone service.
