The appliance delivery people were not able to turn off main water valve in order to remove old washer and install new one. I called High Five because we have a membership with them and Jason arrived very quickly. Realized the delivery people were using the wrong water shutoff and he moved old machine and hooked up new one. He was patient, helpful and knowledgeable.. I highly recommend their service.

I called high5 based on reviews. Never heard of them. Had a water line break with water shut off in house. They took details and said they would have a tech onsite in 4-6 hours. Tech named Morgan L came onsite. I showed him the problem and explained the difficulties. Last company had to tear out a wall to fix a pressure regulator 6 years ago. I told him I did not want sharkbites on my main water line. And I wanted my sprinkler feed AFTER the pressure reg. He took it in so fast I started repeating it cause I did not think he understood. He stopped me halfway through and said I totally understand what you want. you want this. 1. 2. 3. etc. based on steps. I said excellent thats what I wanted. he said I will not use sharkbites, my boss would fire me. He had a new compression method I had never seen. He laughed at the wall comment. he had it all fixed in 2 hours. I told him when the regulator was replaced 6 or so years ago they had me with water off for 2 days while they ordered it. He once again laughed. I am soo glad I called this company and I have put Morgans card up on my first call list of companies I call when something breaks. Fully recommend this company and maybe you will be lucky enough to get morgan?
