Just got my haircut with Hannah Cook and I absolutely LOVE it! Hannah has the sweetest personality and takes the time to make sure she knows exactly what you want to do with your hair. I loved that she was so careful and consulted the instructors with each step to make sure she had the best plan for the cut I wanted. It turned out so cute and boosted my confidence!

I went in to get a custom color from a senior student who was graduated the following week. She was very pleasant to work with, but the color did not turn out great. I did feel that the instructors seemed to have limited time for the amount of people there, which led to my color being very off from my reference photo. It seems the school needs to bring in more instructors to assist the students so this doesn't happen. With that said, I came back the next day for a redo, which I worked with Shana Rollins. She did a great job working with an "unhappy client". She was able to really get the color closer to what I wanted and did not feel the need to bad mouth her fellow student. She understood I was nervous and really made a point to ask instructors to come over multiple times to check in on the process. I think it's important for people who come to student clinics to understand these are inexperienced people who are learning. Asking perfection of these people is unrealistic. Caitlin, the advisor was also very good at accommodating me for the redo quickly. My biggest complaint is the feeling the instructors were just telling me my hair turned out good, so I wouldn't complain. I would have preferred them tell me and the student the truth in that my color did not look anywhere close to the reference. This was a great learning opportunity that was missed because the instructors were not wanting me to be unhappy. I alsonbelieve the school needs to support these students better in multiple areas.

I went to get my first Facial ever I was kinda nervous, but Litzy made the process so fun and relaxing I recommend her she’s awesome she even help get the right products for my face I’m seeing so much progress I’m definitely coming back with her
