The team at ViaTek is awesome! They provided us with remote support for our network and hardware even though we are located in Florida (far from their usual service area of Colorado). They provided an exceptional level of customer service and a budget-conscious approach to services and hardware, along with a sense of urgency when confronted with issues. While we are located on the Colorado front range, we have clients in other states and can support companies pretty much anywhere in the Americas.
This is dependent on the level of service your company signs up for. At a base level, we are currently $25 per endpoint per month plus an hourly charge for support. Our highest level is currently $99 per month per endpoint, which includes virtually all support as well as other services.
Depending on the nature of the issue, it could be immediate or one or two business days. We look to the client to define how urgent their issue is.
Our helpdesk can assist with virtually all issues regarding workstations, laptops, servers, and networks. We cannot support all third-party applications. However, if you have a support contract with that vendor, we are happy to work with them to resolve your issue.
That depends on the plan you choose. At a minimum, we provide a security stack that also includes remote management of all computers plus hourly support. Higher levels include all support, both remote and onsite, as well as vCIO services.
Our engineers are on an on-call rotation. We ask that clients submit a ticket as well as leave a voicemail if it is an urgent issue after hours.
Yes, we are very focused on Cybersecurity. It is the most critical aspect of any business.
We typically work with businesses with 10 users or more but do have some with as few as five.
It depends on the severity of the request. We make every effort to respond within an hour to urgent issues. Routine issues should be responded to by the next business day.
We are open from 8 am to 5 pm on regular business days with after-hours support available until approximately 11 pm, seven days a week.
