Short staffed overworked impatient staff but I guess all these places are probably the same, The social worker June didn’t know what she was doing not helpful at all

My wife came in after back surgery on July 5th. Today the PT told my wife not to lay on her side and do not sit in a chair, I called the doctor and he said he wanted her to be up as much as possible and laying on her side was okay, also she had a pain pill 9:30 . When I ask they did not know when they gave her a pain pill. She had to go to the bathroom by her self and no one seem to care. I would never recommend this place and they did not give her something to eat before taking the pills. DO NOT COME HERE.

Best experience ever!! Staff are very nice! & helpful I’m from Louisiana didn’t know what to expect here but working with the staff here was one of my best jobs I ever had. Love it here!! 5 stars. Eric, Binita, tammy are the Best Nurses I ever worked with!! Cece is one of the best CNAs so ask for her by name.

My Mother had a stay at Flatirons. The building is a nice new building, and clean. Seems my mother says the Food is not good and she needs good nutritious food and drink, occasionally she got a drink she liked. my mother is ill, and these are strange times with Covid. Although sometimes there were miscommunications. I think most of the staff was okay.
