I have had problems with this business 4 times and never EVER got an apology. The 1st time they called me asking me to come back because one of the technician has forgot his flashlight by the engine. The 2nd time I was told the price will be $65 and charged $120 instead. The third time I was charged $4000 instead of $40 which I believe was an honest mistake and eventually got a refund, however, they don’t say sorry! The 4th time which will definitely be my last time, they put 500k miles on the sticker instead of 100k and of course I had to waste my time again and go back. I was concerned about them reporting it to carfax. The guy was so rude and unprofessional like I was the one who made the mistake! Again, I didn’t get any apology! I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone!

I wouldn't go anywhere else, Ron offers the best service. I always feel welcomed ,and I rest assured they'll.do a good ,quality, thorough job. Since I worked for J&D Contractors many years ago, Ron did all the Company Van's, he has always done a good job and has the best employees. Ron's a good Man of Integrity, it's a privilege to know him.

This is the worst oil change experience I have ever had. The person on the phone is extremely rude, they made me come back the next day 3 times. I came to get an oil leak checked. They “Fixed” it for $200 then it continued to leak anyway. When I tried to come back with a receipt, they put me off for 3 days. I had to get another mechanic to look at it and he informed me that they pulled my Oil Pressure Switch out of the socket, causing my leak to be more dangerous. Unless you are an old white male, DO NOT GO HERE.
