If you have a roof issue, stop searching and call Bigfoot Roofing! They were totally professional from start to finish. Lance is the definition of professional, respectful, and courteous and walked me through what the team could do to get my attic ventilated. He was prompt with communication, documents, and follow-up regarding the work done by Miguel, who is clearly a top-notch roofer. The work done looks like it has been a part of the roof since it was originally put on. Whenever we need our roof to be replaced I know who I’m calling!

The salesman Lance will talk talk talk but doesn’t listen. He will say he is an expert and he will make everything sound super great to get the job. But, beware. If you need anything from this company (ie. a wind mitigation report), good luck. The salesman will talk talk talk again but “talk” and claims of his “expertise” doesn’t replace a detailed report or a proper conversation with a customer. I cannot recommend this company and I will be sure to tell the people who I already have spoken to that I retract my recommendation. Word of mouth in Jacksonville is everything. In the end, always beware of someone who blames everyone else for their short comings.
