Normally this store is great to deal with, today i went in to have a photo printed and the lady working the counter told me it would be $48.00 now or $39.00 later. Now all we’re talking is the counter person pressing the button for the print machine that was just sitting there. For a recurring customer I think this is a rip off and signs should posted about the urgent fee

unintelligent, slow, and non problem solving staff. if you need help with something like printing then check out another location don’t waste your time here like i did. just a heads up

Hurry up and close the store!! I ran out of paper for home printer, so I headed out to pick up a ream at Cedar Grove store. I found a few other things as well. Stood at register for almost 15 minutes. Three girls were "working" in the back, one even looked at me and just ignored me. I just left everything on the counter and walked out. Not the way it used to be.
