Yes, I sometimes bring 2. The have a lunchtime special of rent any of theirs for $5. They will want to see your Firearm ID card to use the range or rent. You have to buy their ammo if you rent.

We have been providing the following guidance to those who are looking to obtain a NJ CCW permit: If you are an avid shooter and can demonstrate safe handling and have holster experience, you can sign up for the CCW Qualification at the TTC. If you are an experienced shooter, but have no holster training, you will be required to take Holster Draw #1 & #2 in order to take the CCW Qualification. If you are a beginner with no experience you will take the Basic Handgun Course (4 hours), Intermediate Handgun #1 (3 hours), Intermediate Handgun #2 (3 hours), Holster Draw #1 (3 hours) and Holster Draw #2 (3 hours). No Sir, no machine guns. They're tightly regulated. We have typical sporting and self defense firearms.

There is no age limit to enter the showroom (with adult supervision of course) but the age limit to shoot is 10.

Basically you should go to your local police department (or check their website) and follow their instructions for obtaining an FID. They should be able to walk you through the process.

Children 10 years and older can shoot with a parent/guardian. Children of all ages are welcome in the retail store if accompanied by an adult.

Unfortunately, you are not able to shoot steel case ammo here. We have a steel backstop and the steel case ammo causes sparks and ricochets, a definite safety concern.

We sell .38 special full metal jacket and Hornady Critical Defense ammunition.
