There is a guy about in his 50’s Black hair, I don’t know if he’s the owner? Whenever he is there, the pizza is soooo good! I’m from york, but I live in Houston. You can’t get pizza in Houston like you can back home. I always visit ceasers when I’m back home. That being said, When he's NOT there, it's a whole different story. It’s Undercooked pizza! The taste is not there! ! He’s so passionate and I love his attitude. I wish I knew his name, because he really makes the place! He’s a great guy! I was back home last week. He wasn’t there and I could tell because the quality wasn’t great. It was the last meal I wanted before heading home and there was much left to be desired because he wasn’t there.
