Visited today for a Covid quick test, was told to wait in my car after my test. Received a call to come in the store to a minute clinic to get my results. At this point I felt very confused. Stacy Basta NP greeted me she took my blood pressure talked with me about medication I am currently taking. At that point I’m like how does she know my personal health information? I came here for a covid test. I’m still not sure how she accessed my personal information I don’t remember giving permission for it! At that point I’m like am I being charged for this??? She’s like no part will be billed to your insurance the rest will come from the cares act! I felt tricked in to seeing her. I never asked to. So I’m at home looking thru the paperwork she gave me I’ll add a pic so I can show you. I was tricked CVS is taking advantage of people, the cares act and insurance companies. So sad to be scammed like this by CVS.

I was on business travel in York and had horrible pain in my nose. I went to the nearest CVS MinuteClinic and logged in using their PC. As soon as I finished entering my info, NP Stacy called me in. She was very attentive, detailed and truly caring. This was one of my most positive experiences of going to a clinic in a while. She prescribed the required meds and within couple days I started to feel much better. Thank you so much!!!
