It took me 2 1/2 hours to get a DOT physical. I was at the front counter 3 or 4 different times and the same lady thought I was new each time I went up. They were nice and professional, and I have been at this location previously, just very, very slow on this occasion. The last time I went to the counter, the lady went to the back and came back up to me and said “you’re next” 5 minutes later I was called back. It was like my chart was just sitting somewhere forgotten. Of course I can’t claim this to be true, but 2 1/2 hours for a simple DOT physical is rather extreme. I’ve had many physicals in my career, and it never took more than 1 hour.

Office staff, nurses, doctor were all very friendly. Just a long wait to get called back & in room waiting to see the doctor.

The PA's, front desk personnel, nurses and technicians were all great!! The wait to sign in was over 20 minutes and then another hour before being called back to a room. And when I returned to just have a PPD read....it was another 15 minutes in line.
