I have used White Cross for over 25 years. They have always treated me well and provide me with the medication that I need to be a healthy and contributing member of society. And Agosto always delivers at the same time so I never miss a delivery. Cassandra is always very kind and I appreciate that so much.

My meds are delivered to me with no problems. However, there is only one pharmacy tech on when it opens in the morning and calls are very rarely returned and I have to call back several times when I need to order refills. there really should be at least two, if not three techs on first thing in the morning. All other pharmacies have three on right from the start.

My mother is in assisted living and totally depends on this pharmacy for her life sustaining medication. The biggest problem she has is with them answering the phone. Her calls are always sent to voice mail and they never return her call. Many problems getting her meds on time. I’ve had to call them several times. They apologize and nothing ever changes. They need to hire someone to answer urgent calls immediately.
