I had a very pleasant experience with my eye exam and Jason was very helpful in helping me pick out and explain my eye glass purchases, he even gave me a very pretty eye glass case for my sun glasses. He also gave me 40 percent off to put new lenses in my old pair of glasses.

Just like all the other eye glass stores. Such a crazy mark up. Rip off. If you search you can get a better deal at small local stores. This visit has convinced me to just save the money for LASIK and forget the eyeglass scam.

Thank you to Ms. Tiwana and Mr. Rene’ (Mgr) ( Sorry if I missed spelling on your name and using as French name. Both of this lady and this gentleman have been helping me, so I can have my single vision glasses to use. Appreciated!! Regards, Araya

I called in inquiring lens prices and was told to come in (don’t get why it couldn’t be explained on the phone). I didn’t really experience anyone being rude BUT I already had brand new designer frames that I just wanted the lens prescription added to. A young lady explained that once my frames are sent to the lab if anything happens to them (broken or lost) that I would be held responsible to replace them. Explaining that the lab has nothing to do with them and can only reimburse a $50 credit. I do appreciate her informing me ahead but I’m very confused as to why the lab wouldn’t be held responsible if I’m not bringing them in broken. I understand things happen BUT I paid well over $50 for my designer frames. I do expect if anything does happen that whoever breaks or loses them be held responsible and I receive the same credit originally paid for the frames. Its mind blowing. I went somewhere else that made me feel more secure about dropping them off
