Really great experience. He actually explained what he was doing and details of how my eyes interact with constant lenses and I felt like all my other doctors before were just checking boxes. Awesome selection of glasses, including a good amount of high end brands. Ended up with two pairs at a great price, definitely my regular eye doctor now.

I am ONLY giving this place a "1" star because I must otherwise, I would rate it a BIG FAT ZERO! On 04/09/2022 I had an appointment at this location. I was driving in route, when I remembered I forgot my prescription eyeglasses. I called the location to make them aware. I spoke to the “Office Manager” who told me “It was fine, they had my records from my previous appointment”. I arrived early, waited my turn and was “called in” to one of the exam rooms by one of their vision assistant’s. From the very beginning the lady had a very “aggressive posture” about her. First, she told me “Today you are going to be dilated”. Due to other obligations, I had planned that day, I was unable to be dilated. I shared this with her and expressed my personal uncomfortableness with this procedure. Certainly, as the patient I have a “right to refuse” a treatment that I do not feel necessary or comfortable with. No one at this office informed me that this was going to be a “requirement” nor a “policy” as a predicate for the appointment. She also told me “This was the only” way to confirm 100% health issues that may be present. I have spoken to other very reputable eye doctors in the past who have told me “Dilation” is NOT required or necessary to provide a “full picture” to eye health. Most of the time it’s because eye doctors and offices just want an added “service” to bill the insurance company for. After the “assistant” “commanded” me that I was going to be dilated that day, she asked next if I had brought my prescription eyeglasses with me. I informed her that I called the office prior to my arrival, and was informed that this was “ok”, she left the room as if she did not believe me and proceeded to ask the Office Manager if I had called and asked. This lady comes back into the exam room and tells me “The only reason” you were told that was because you were “almost here” <snarky inserted>. At this time, I asked to speak with their “Office Manager because by this point I personally “had enough” of this lady’s very aggressive attitude. As I was “circling around” to the front check in counter, I overheard the Office Manager asking the “Assistant”, “what does he want now” referring to me. As if I was “a problem child” for the office. Both the Office Manager and I stepped into the exam room, where I shared my concern(s) regarding the day’s procedure and how I did not appreciate the “tone” and “temperament” of this vision assistant. I shared with the Office Manager I did not appreciate the experience I had received that day and that I did not appreciate being treated so poorly after all I am the one paying. I asked the Office Manager how the “Doctor”/ Owner of the practice would react if any one of the staff members treated him/her in such a manor. I said that staff member probably wouldn’t be their employee for very long. So, if their staff wouldn’t treat their boss that way why did they feel it necessary to treat me that way. In conclusion, the office staff at this location SUCKS! I can only assume if the office staff act this way, the leadership ie “the owners/Dr’s” must be pretty “award winning” as well. Other wise this kind of staff behavior would NOT be tolerated. Anyone that is familiar with “organizational management” should know the “staff is a reflection” of its leadership. I would stay FAR AWAY from this lousy place!

Took my 6 yr old for her eye exam and she was extremely nervous but thanks to the staff she was able to get through it and was having a great time. Shout-out to Stacy and Dr. Elizabeth for being amazing and welcoming. Highly recommend.
