It's a great place to live. We are well taken care of. I was thrilled when the office arranged for a pharmacist and assistant to give us all the vaccine shots and booster. Daily events you can join if you wish. The grounds are well taken care of. The maintenance crew are great. We have a monthly newsletter to keep us informed. The Pheasant Hill Estate team do a wonderful job. It's close to everything. I love it here.

I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR ALMOST 28 YEARS . I T HAS BEEN A VERY WONDERFUL PLACE . THE PEOPLE LIVING HERE HAVE BECOME BY FRIENDS. I HAVE LOST ALOT OF FRIENDS OVER THE YEARS . THE EMPLYEE WERE VERY NICE . I ONCE DID A LOT OF THINGS FROM CRAFTS , HELPED WITH MEAL ON WHEELS , AND OTHER THINGS, WAS IN THE CHORUS , HELPED WITH DIFFERENT PARTIES AND ETC . I NOW DO NOT HELP WITH NOTHING .

Should an individual choose to purchase cable, phone, or internet, they are also responsible for those charges. Residents are not financially responsible for trash removal. Our current utility analysis appears to be in the range of $35 to $62 a month.
Thank you for reaching out, John. Appliances are all electric and each apartment has its own thermostat. As for heating system, a portion of the community uses baseboard heat and the other portion relies on a Central HVAC system.

However, running water is included in residents' rent at our community, so residents do not have individual accounts with United Water.
