Nice location, rent isn’t bad, but everything is always broken. Have fun trying to get some sleep when they’re doing renovations or repairs, they’re extremely loud and always start around 8 AM. Aside from things being broken at least once a month and repairs causing me to lose hours of sleep it’s a nice apartment building and good for people that need an affordable and quick place to live.
