I had to attend a training course for something at my church. It was a Saturday, so perhaps not typical. Staff present were all very helpful and hospitable. I thought the cathedral was going to be there, so I was disappointed. But, that's my misunderstanding.

Not the type of business that gets rated, I don't think, but since you asked... This is a very warm and welcoming place. The woman at the front desk is eager to assist visitors and has a great friendly smile. The other staff members I met were also very nice.
