Recently turned into a very inefficient location in the area. The manager (male) is very unprofessional, not sure if he is new. I usually get a text when my meds are ready, however, this month I did not get any (expect it by 5/18). Therefore, I called my doctor to request a refill (5/31), he told me the refill order was sent to the pharmacy timely. I called the pharmacy and they said they it was not ready and they will work on the order that day. When I went to pick it up (06/03) they said I had no prescription pending for pick up so they have to prepare one… The staff prepared a new order and when I went to pick it up two days later, the refill was ready, but they did not give it to me because the prescription order was expired and a they need to request a new order from my doctor. It is incredibly how they changed from preparing an order to no prescription pending to pick up to expired prescription in less than a week. I found this terrible specially when talking about prescribed medication, that is a topic that pharmacies MUST TAKE HEALTH seriously, with responsible manners and well organized structures.

Very very bad experience in this location! My appointment for Covid test at 1:10pm . I arrived 10 minutes earlier . Spent about 40 minutes waiting in drive thru area of 3 car. And then they told me that's their lunch time and I need to come back another time! THEY ARE SOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL and DON'T know how to handle it!!

I've been to this particular minute clinic several times and always had a 5 star experience, got great care, very quickly. Until last Monday. The person who saw me had her back to me in the chair the entire time I was there, until I walked out. Didn't take my vitals, never got out of the chair, wouldn't even look at me while I talked to her. Said she "had to call the nurse" (is she not a nurse or P.A. herself? I guess not) misrepresented what I told her to someone else on the phone. I was told I needed to get a covid test (despite telling her I had covid 3 months ago, and was not experiencing any covid symptoms), go to an urgent care, and get an x-ray. By someone who never saw me. Made an appointment somewhere else, they gave me an inhaler I could use on humid, hot days. This is apparently pretty common. Time to get an actual nurse or P.A. in there who can actually get out of the chair and do the job. If you can't take vitals and have to call a nurse, you're obviously not even a nurse yourself and have no business being there.

Very rude and unprofessional pharmacy area. Very reluctant to help. Spent about 30 mins trying to get information in a waiting area of 2 people. First, after waiting in the clinic area without a representative, I went to the pharmacy area. And of course, they told me to go back to the clinic area and knock on one of the doors. After doing so, I was then greeted by a horrendous attitude and then told to go back to the pharmacy area. This went on for about 2 more times until I just asked if there was any possible way one of the representatives could just help me. Not understanding/caring about my frustration, the pharmacist who refused to give me her name, used profanity, complained about doing her job and totally misrepresented what CVS stands for. I also couldn’t help but think there was some racial undertones there. Overall, I couldn’t help but think she was reluctant to help me because of my appearance. I hope this doesn’t fall on deaf ears. I plain to make a formal complaint.

I assume they do because the CVS near my house does. Best to call before you go.
