Great greenspace, hike run bike trail, birds and wildlife habitat. This is my micro-mobility commute. Park benches, a little parking on El Dorado, and safe crosswalks connecting to more greenspaces.

I was very skeptical about this construction as the Green Space was beautiful as it was before. With well planed engineering and the plating of native plants, flowers and trees; this space is going to be beautiful once the trees mature and can create shade. Only four stars because it isn't shaded yet, but soon it will be!

They have done a great job on the renovation excellent work. The new walk and bike ride pathways are very nice. I live on Seahorse and they will start on our side soon very excited and property value are increasing. Its really enjoyable walk or ride compared to the old golf course. You need to go check it out !!!!!!

What a great project. It's been amazing to see such an enormous turnout from the community for the volunteer activities. It already looks incredible but imagine how great it will look each year after as those trees grow and the wetland plants fill in! The increase in bird and butterfly species is already noticeable, and the dragonflies and minnows seem to be devouring every last mosquito. Kudos to the designers, engineers, and volunteers who have created this state-of-the-art landscape engineering project that has combined practical flood mitigation with modern recreation interest and green infrastructure.

Would it be possible to get some pictures of the digging progress on phase 2? I understand they don't want the public walking back near where they are digging because of the danger.

I run my dogs by there every night i could snap some pics and post them as long as it wouldn't be unlawful...
