the pizza is generally fine, but the wait times are getting excessive, drivers are taking 3 or more orders at once? it took over an hour to get a single large pizza, the location is literally at the end of street from our apartment. I'll make one at home next time. no issues with the staff that are there, they are clearly not getting the support they need.

Location is CLOSED… moved my order to Nassau Bay without changing address in app or telling me…5 miles away from location I expected. Trying to keep the customer from using a closer pizza establishment.

I am disappointed with the customer service I ordered online when the pizza was delivered both pizzas were wrong i spent over $100 this is unacceptable, I called the store and no one ever answered the phone I tried for 1hr i never got through to anyone and tried to call again today and no one answers the phone,I want my money back !:/ 👎👎

Absolute trash. Sent my gf to pick up an order I made online... The pizza looked like a blind person made it and they didn't give her 6 of the sauces I paid for. The manager said I can come back and get a refund for just the pizza or come get the sauces. I said I'm not coming back up there, have your driver bring it here. He said nope he's not going to do that. So he wants me to eat a cold pizza so I can come back and fix his screw up. Find somewhere else to go. Be calling corporate tomorrow, this manager is clueless.
