The folks at the Front Royal location were some of the nicest and most helpful I've ever come across at car rental places. And I was a consultant so I rented dozens of cars. This team is the best. If I ever come through town again I'm gonna make them a batch of cookies.

This was my second experience with Enterprise and I've been pleased both times. They offered to drop me off at a location when I returned the vehicle which is something I wasn't necessarily expecting. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Yesterday I returned the car after 5 weeks. Totally satisfied with everything. The new manager and staff are exceptional. This is how you run an auto rental place 😀👍 Renting a car is easy, finding a place that truly cares about Customer Service and show it by their actions, that’s a challenge these days. Thank you for the excellent customer service I received. I highly recommend Enterprise rental in Front Royal.

They typically have a drop box to put the keys
If you drop off car after hours they have slot for keys
If renting with a debit card, there is a$ 300 deposit that is refunded when the rental is returned. If using a credit card, there is a hold placed on the credit card for $300. That is in addition to the cost of the rental. You don't have to buy the insurances, but I recommend it.
You should call Enterprise directly instead of asking random people on Google Maps. Deposits may be different from one person to another. There could be factors that they base deposits on.
They have a good selection but what's available depends on what's rented out. Dealerships rentals never have much.
