I took my truck in for a service oil change tire rotation and fuel filters there was also a customer satisfaction recall on the tailgate. The young woman who scheduled my appointment made it sound like they were not interested in fixing the recall. When I dropped the truck off the following day I told them what I wanted done to include the customer satisfaction recall on the tailgate. later that afternoon they called said I needed a 350$ part for the tailgate but they did not fix the recall. Why would I spend $ on a tailgate that has faulty factory parts that was recalled but refused to be fixed by front royal Ford. I spoke to two people at the dealership both knew I was not satisfied, im assuming they were managers because they never referred me to anyone else that could give me an answer on why the recall work was not preformed. I do not recommend front royal Ford to anyone. Please shop around there are better places to do business with this place is not worth a star.
