I went to Valley Cycle looking to purchase a bike and as soon as I walked in I was automatically greeted by David Lupton and staff I worked with David he went above and beyond. I choose a used 2009 Yamaha V-Star 950 Tourer man what a sweet bike. Every one was great to deal with and Karen Colvin in the finance department was great as well, they all earn earned my business for life I will not go anywhere else I will definitely go back in the future for purchases I will definitely be a costumer for life I just can't say enough about Valley Cycle and I will definitely send folks I know there way. Thank you Valley Cycle for the great experience and look forward to working with you guys on future purchases.

Been buying parts here for years. Specifically come to this spot. Because you also can get guidance and some tips from the parts counter. And if they are busy stop off at the service counter and you might get lucky and be able to talk to a service tech.

The staff at Valley Cycle are top of the line. My wife and I have been going there for a long time and have a great experience every time we're there. This is why we keep going back to these folks. Had some recent service work done, Allen Crenshaw and Rick Staubs are awesome, they kept me informed of everything in a timely manner. They went above and beyond to get things taken care of on my machines. They always treat us with respect and an honest common courtesy. This is why I keep going back to Valley Cycles. Great question! We are asking all customers to maintain social distancing while shopping and our staff are wearing masks when dealing with the public. A daily cleaning regimen is in place to ensure the safety of our staff and guests. In our Service Department, you’ll find that you are distanced from our staff, and in tight areas, like our finance offices, masks are required for entry and clear lexan barriers are on the desk.

Hi Andrew, thanks for your question. Unfortunately, we do not service electric scooters of any brand. We are factor authorized to service and repair products from Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, and Polaris. I'd give Battery Mart here in Winchester a try.
Mr. Kackley, I suspect it is a 650 as Yamaha never produced a V-Star 750. Back in the late '90s, they had a Virago 750, but it was discontinued. If you call us with the VIN, we'll be able to let you know exactly what you have. Thanks, and enjoy!
