Great place for lunch with excellent sandwiches and subs!

I was in there about two weeks ago on a Saturday. There was a young girl with dark hair that took my order. She was extremely rude. She was too busy goofing around, talking to her friends in the middle of my order while I’m standing there. At one point, she totally forget she was taking my order while dealing with her attitude on top of it. She left the order all on top of the counter watching my daughter struggling to reach it all. It usually brought the register while I’m shopping in the back section of the store. This is the second time dealing with her horrible customer service. First time was when she was working deli, and I understand everyone has an off day, but at this point it is a major deterrent from purchasing from this establishment. I have been a Customer, as well as family, for years. Other than that, the products from SMP is great!

Their meats are top quality, the people that work there are very friendly and helpful and prices are reasonable. Happy they are close by.
