The optical dept is difficult to reach by phone. Two days of calling. Very frustrating. No one answers. This is no way to treat members!

I've never really had any issues but today I called to place a refill order. I spoke with a woman who was quite rude. She cut me off as I was speaking. When I tried to give her my credit card information I spoke slowly so she didn't miss the numbers. She was trying to rush me so I spoke faster and then she got mad and told me to slow down. She had an attitude in her voice of annoyance. After we hung up she called me back because the credit card would not go through and she said she may have misunderstood a number. NO KIDDING. Of course you did because you rushed me and this is what happens. Very RUDE and if I ever get her on the phone again, I will ask to speak with one of the men who are always pleasant to deal with.

I am so disappointed with my glasses that I ordered to Costco optical Rockaway Nj.The glass is very low quality and got scratches without reasen .My glasses had two little things to hold my glasses up in my nose .I dropped my glasses in the floor by accident and both these things broke, looks like they use glue to stick these things with glasses .I complained to the front desk four days ago about my problem and I was waiting for them to call me but nobody cared for my complained .I paid 300$.So dissappointed .Please stay way from this servis .

Extremely unproductive. Was met with no acknowledgement until someone decided to help me. I was the only one in line. As I was explaining what I needed I was interrupted half way through with short, rude answers. Then told that I wasn’t allowed to try on glasses because they would have to disinfect them. Then she said a key word “preferred” not to clean them. So it’s her job. In the end I just left because the customer service was extremely poor.

Not sure, generally they only want to work on adjusting new glasses that they've sold.
Depends on what do you want the exam for if it's contact lenses it's going to be substantial more expensive (145+) but includes trial contact lenses and eyeglasses subscription.
