They have our money, but the kitchen isn't done. I paid with a smile. And it was a lot! They told us up front it would be a long lead time, and it was. 16 weeks until install. But then the problems started. We signed the contract January 22nd, it's now August 24th and there's still work to be done. We've heard from them by email. They claim they're going to contact us to schedule the additional work, but no calls have come. We have missing cabinet doors. Cabinet doors that bump into each other. Cabinet door with big gaps between them. Holes cut wrong in cabinets. They mismeasured and had to change configuration on installation day. I used to have space on both sides of my fridge. Now it barely fits in the opening. I'll never be able to buy a larger fridge than the one I have now, because there's no space. There used to be, but not anymore. And there's molding that's mismatched, light against dark stained wood. Some of the slides don't slide smoothly. It's really abysmal, and they're not interested at all in fixing it. Update: They called two days after I wrote the above review. They said there are 41 jobs ahead of ours and it will be about another five weeks. I guess they can handle about 8 jobs per week. Try to not be one of them. Install was April 25/27. Fixes now won't be until the end of September, FIVE MONTHS later. Update: It is now October 6th and the kitchen work is still not finished. The end of September came and went and they still have not called to set a time to finish the work. Five weeks was an inaccurate estimate.

Alex J. at DKB did an amazing job helping us to redo the laundry room in a home we recently purchased. We had cabinets installed above the washer/dryer which he matched perfectly to the existing sink cabinet, and we had a quartz countertop installed above the washer/dryer along with a shelving unit between the washer/dryer. The in-stock cabinets can be purchased and installed typically within a week, sometimes two depending on how busy the schedule is. Our installation staff is In House. Hi Maria, first and foremost I want to apologize to you, we work very hard to give every customer a 5 star experience and it sounds like that is not the case with your order. I am going to look into this immediately and will get back to you no later than tomorrow. I am curious because we don't have any products that take 2 weeks, we have IN STOCK cabinets that are immediately available or products that can be ordered that take anywhere from 4-10 weeks depending on the manufacture.
