It is my third time here. I would not go any other place axcept this place People very nece and physical therapy is great i always bowns back to normal

this place deserves under 1 star, definitely. my grandmother was put in this rehab after surgery and she can't walk or do much at all, she is getting physical therapy but still can't get out of bed herself so of course she needs assistance doing things, BUT it seems like the nurses don't want to help much at all, the night nurses in fact. the morning nurses from what i saw are pretty nice, but the night nurses are awful, my grandmother was cold so she squeezed the button for assistance, since she needed her sweater, and the lady gave her the sweater but after that she told her, "i work hard around here, you call too much” and put the button on the floor so she couldn't reach it AND it was her only source of help, she was able to call and we came there and put it back of course but that's elder abuse, they want nothing to do with the patients, they're nice to the visitors until you leave, there's people in the hallway yelling for help and nurses that happened 2 nights in a row, and most of the nurses are in the kitchen area on their phones instead of helping, they also turn their tags around so you can't see their name and report them and walk away while speaking to them. this place is absolutely disgusting, i do not recommend legacy.

Thieves! They have stolen my mother's cell phone, blanket, money, compact, clothes and more! Workers with no conscience stealing from the elderly. Just infuriating and unforgiveable. Not to mention leaving them sit in their own feces for hours on end. Food is poor quality as well. Go elsewhere with your loved one if you cherish them. Shouldn't even get 1 star.
