HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been trying to contact Evergreen Homes now for 8 months now thru phone and email to check and repair my solar panels! I have left messages and also been told someone will call me back and no one has! I am attempting to request a return of product with renew financial. 8 months OF CONTACTING A COMPANY! MY panels only worked for a month! Horrible company, DO NOT WORK WITH EVERGREEN HOMES or you will learn the hard way! Today I will be making an offical complaint about this company to the Bureau of Consumer Protection.

Did this company go out of business? Bankrupt? Or being sued? All emails get returned and their phone number goes directly to voice-mail and no one gets back to you. Very shady.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - $23,000.00! I have been trying to reach someone at Evergreen for the past two weeks. I have left several messages with their answering service (no matter what time I call, I always get the answering service), I've sent emails... NO ONE responds. I have a second floor window that is leaking and now the water has made its way to the ceiling beneath the window. I would expect them to at least come out at take a look. If it's not their problem, fine - but at least give me the respect that I deserve.... $23,000.00 is a lot of money.

I am still waiting for a screen to be placed. It's just sitting in my yard. Signed the contract with them a YEAR ago! They said they were waiting for a part back in January. I have left messages, emails, texts to different employees, including the owner and no one will finish the job. The caulking job on the inside looks terrible, as well.
