Positive: What I liked best was it¿s convenient location Negative: Room wasn¿t clean, one outlet worked, breakfast was sketchy. My daughter wanted toast but there were bugs inside the bread bin so I passed on that. Pictures need updated because there is not a jacuzzi, only a pool. Staff was nice and accommodating.

So I booked the room 2 weeks in advance under a hundred dollars, when I was about 2 hours away I called to confirm my room was ready (sense I was going to be arriving half a day earlier than planned). I get put on hold and hear the front desk say "Now we have a room for you". When I arrive to get my key I find out the room I reserved was rented out and I was given another "open" room. The sheets I assume were clean but the top cover was old and seemed to have been burned before. (Buy new sheets every couple years or so jeez). There was loose hair all over the shower that I had to wash down. After everything the hotel raised their rates by nearly 3 times as much when I was going to schedule more time with them.

If I could give zero stars I would. We made a last minute reservation for 4/9 upon arrival we went to get into bed there was blood stains on BOTH beds and walls as well as the toilet seat was missing. We asked for new sheets but once the front desk rep brought them we told her we were leaving and will contact our 3rd party booking company. We called them this morning, she informed us the manager, Erica, told her we were still in the hotel when we are laying in OUR bed in Gilbert. We called the hotel ourselves to have someone go to room 227 to see we were NOT there, Erica refused to check, told us that because we opened the door we used the hotel and she will not refund us. When asked if she would stay in a hotel with bloodstained sheets and blood on the wall she had no answer. We asked for a manager she said she was the supervisor, we asked for someone above her she said he was on vacation for a MONTH. I've never had such a terrible customer service experience. Erica was extremely rude, disrespectful, hostile, and not helpful in any way. When we went to hang up she said I will make sure you get no refund. Days inn if this is the type of employees you allow to run your business you really have some reevaluating to do. I will NEVER stay at another Days inn if this is not properly resolved.

No matter what you are paying at a hotel, whether it is a $200 a night resort or a $75.00 a night. Pride must be taken. Employees must be trained properly. Cleanliness. The front windows were filthy. Shower curtain needs to be washed. Hot tubs chemicals not in balance. The room was pretty clean. Breakfast ok. An overall cleaning all the time. I know they are remodeling and replacing some things. But cleaning is a given. The chair in the room was really dirty. . I took a wet towel and wiped the arm. Gross. A lot of dirt came off.
