I like this hotel waay better than the Westward & Buckeye Motor Hotel. The owners r super cool & have done a great job cleaning it all up, doing repairs & whatnot. It looks really good. Plus I like that i feel like I'm in my own little cottage!

I was told they had little kitchenettes, when I arrived manager stated they no longer have those. Sheets smelled room was ok in the clean dept. I will say it was very quiet which is nice. I noticed they hadn't clean the little fridge that was in the room.

Detached room's, little cassitas, kinda quaint. This place is out in the middle of Buckeye which is pretty rural. The motel was 65 a night, 350 a week, should have been nicer for the cost. It does have a small kitchen, no burners, microwave in rooms, looks like it was built in 1940. Pet friendly. Guest towels are dingy and questionable. On the upside, The Ranch House is for sale like for 700,000. Which is OK considering that soon Buckeye will be a boom town after the new freeway I-11 is completed soon. When that happens several manufacturing companies will be coming soon as well as other small and large businesses. It may be a good investment for the upcoming future. Ate at the stake house which was near by with pretty reasonable prices. All in all not so bad. As long as you have somewhere to lay your weary head.
