Very nice place, the rooms were clean, they had a very good breakfast selection. The only bad thing is they ran out of syrup the first day we were there and didn't get more untill 2 days afterwards but no biggie cause they had a lot of other choices to pick from. Definitely will stay here again.

I had the most horrible experience. BEWARE of very poor customer service and fraudulent activity. I purchased a reservation for my daughter online through a third party for a same night stay. My daughter got stuck in the Phoenix area, on a road trip, and needed help making a reservation. After I purchased the reservation, I noticed there were $100 in fees attached. I called the hotel to ask about the fees, and while speaking with the front desk, was informed my daughter would not be able to check in unless I was present, since she is 19, not 21. I called about 15 minutes after making the reservation, then was put on hold for about 20 minutes. Since I live in Los Angeles, I obviously was not able to check her into the hotel. There was NO mention on the hotel or third party website that you had to be 21 to check in or make a reservation. Since they did not have that advertised I fully expected them to refund the reservation. Well, it is now a week later and the hotel is refusing to refund the stay. The third party cannot refund the stay unless the hotel approves it. The room was $398 including taxes and fees. I understood that it was non refundable at the time I bought it and bought it anyway, because I was sure my daughter would be staying there. They (the hotel) cancelled on my daughter, we did not cancel the reservation. This is appalling behavior!!

I stayed one night, very nice, clean room, friendly staff and good service. Only one complaint, and you can't blame the staff for it- This hotel is right next to an on-ramp for I-10 East, so you can hear all the trucks, motorcycles, and cars with pop-can mufflers, as they accelerate up the ramp. Ear plugs and a white noise machine helped.

Holiday Inn has always been a nice place to stay. If you're staying here more then couple days it's definitely more worth it. It gives you more space to store clothes and food. Breakfast they serve is very yummy and they have a really nice lobby. The location is amazing! You have close convenient stores and restaurants. The general manager and the staffing are beyond amazing. You'll have a great experience here.
