The most inconvenient credit union I have used. I was annoyed earlier this year when they shut down for a “core conversation” and switched their app. You couldn’t access your own money for a weekend or get in contact with anyone. There was a great deal of notice with that issue which is quite frankly the only positive thing I have to say. Recently with no notice they stopped affiliating with Cash App and I received fraudulent charges which I was immediately concerned about. But no problems- just me trying to move money around! I’m not sure if the person(s) in charge of this inconvenience realize that you can direct deposit and pay bills with Cash App so I was stuck scrambling to get everything paid last month. No one has any answers on if Cash App will be accepted again or if this is a permanent issue. Save yourself the headache and don’t use TFCU!

Really bad customer service and they have a new banking system that has ruined the whole experience. Get a loan through anywhere but here. Unwilling to fix their own errors and was told I should be making a detailed note of every call. Wish I could switch my loan to another bank.

TFCU is a favorite of mine! The staff members are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They enjoy a good laugh! TFCU also offers the best rates. I have been a satisfied customer for many years.
