Positive: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was nicely cleaned. It was a great value. Negative: The hotel is by a working train track, and you can hear the train at night.

This is not a typical five-star hotel, but it is very nice, comfortable and accommodating. I'm giving it a higher rating because it didn't gouge us (only $20) for bringing our pet (a cat). Has all the necessary things—decent breakfast and internet, fitness room.

We came in very late at night in the middle of a trip to Columbus. They were able to book us a very nice room for a great price. Room was very clean, and bed was very comfy. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, hot and cold. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay. We had dogs with us but they were accepted without question or problem! Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfy. Desk folks eagerly accommodated our need to be first floor near the door and rooms together. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful! The "boss" was congenial and flexible when our needs changed. All in all...highly recommended!!
