Had a problem with scan scheduling and billing. Cannot get through to loation offices to complain . If someone can help me get through to main/exceutive offices, please let me know how.

We do biopsies in our Freehold and Monroe locations (not Marlboro).
Never had an issue calling. Don't recall unusual wait time. Never used the computer. Did you use an appointment portal or just sent a general email? The latter might not get seen by the proper department.
