Clean place, friendly staff that helped to calm my 'new client anxiety'. My cat was calm on return... the vet even assissted me with most appropriate feeding and why...

07/10/22 Veterinarian as an attitude Was 5minutes late and she refuse to see my pet even though he has constipation. Nevermind the 1/2hr waiting in line to see the receptionist. Only one person at the counter, but when all hell broke loose all the sudden everyone came to assist the Overwork young woman with the line.

Horrible service, about a year ago we noticed our dogs bark became raspy & changed completely. We took him to Banfield to inquire regarding the changes, the vet at that time reported it was bc of our dogs age (13 years). Of course we did not think anything of it bc we trusted the vets report. This year our dog started to experience mucus discharge so we took him back & nothing was done to help him (again I don’t not recall the name of the vet). He continued with mucus discharge so we took him to AMC hospital since Banfield did not do anything. There, we were informed our dog had a nostril tumor (Spindle cell tumor). Banfield’s vet was not helpful at all!!!

The vets as well as the staff are simply wonderful. They are very attentive to my baby boy's needs. They are very informative and ready to answer all your questions.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
Hi David - The hospital will be your best source for pricing information. However, you can get an estimate for certain services here: https://www.banfield.com/our-hospitals/services-pricing#/pricingwidget
I know they usually close on Sunday's in long island, not really sure about other locations.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
Hi Mohagany - Thanks for reaching out! The hospital will be your best source for pricing information, but for a rough estimate on certain services, you can also use our pricing calculator here: https://www.banfield.com/our-hospitals/services-pricing#/pricingwidget
They do, and the have pet plans that you pay for monthly that allow you to make regular trips for your pet to make sure everything is okay. The plan is about $30/month.
