Due to an email mistake (on my part) I ended up showing up pretty late. Mountain Float Spa STILL took me in and gave me a beautiful experience. The massage was incredible. Staff were extremely kind. Offered water and chocolate. Just overall such an amazing spa and experience and I recommend everyone to visit!

I been calling this place multiple times sent emails trying to get an appointment and no answers, just awful service if you can’t respond to clients.

I was a massage therapist at this establishment and I have to say that it was absolutely wonderful. The owners, Joey and Grace are so kind and great to work for. They are also very knowledgeable on the whole aspect of "floating" and provide a calming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I don't believe so...
Thanks Richard, thanks Gitty! Janelle, our water gets filtered after each user and throughout the day as well as the night. We can not drain the water after each use. The watwr needs to maintain a minimum temperature of 93.5 which is skin temperature, we keep the heater on 24/7. When we do change out the water it takes at least 5 hours for the salt to dissolve and the temperature to climb back up. Having over 850 pounds of Epsom salt alone is enough to kill most bacteria in the water but in addition to filtration we also ozonate the water which kills 100% bacteria. We also require every client to shower before they step into our cabins. We check PH, alkalinity & H2O2 levels every day. In addition to all of this we also add 35% H2O2 to our water to insure it’s crystal clear and sanitary. When we do drain our tubs the epsom salt is actually benefial to the sewar system.
