This place is beautiful and has some real potential. However the owners need to invest in some ceiling fans, a covered walkway to the bathrooms and bee spray for the bathrooms. The owners are ruth and frank, frank has all the customer service skills and is a great chef. Ruth...can use a class on customer service! My sister got married here and it was hot, we kept asking for more fans but they made us wait til after the food was served, so all the guests were sweating while they ate. I was disgusted cuz they kept all the leftover food my sister had paid for, it was prime rib, and it was excellent!! I was offput that they kept that huge slab of leftover beef for themselves. The staff were really nice. There was a dead bird on the patio and multiple ppl had told ruth about it, she later went to sweep it up, but instead swept it to the lower level where the grass is...how tacky!! Ppl still walk around down there.they serve warm beer, it has been served warm at multiple weddings. I never even sipped my Coors light cuz I could feel how hot it was in my hand, on a 85° day the last thing ya want is a hot beer!!overall I'd say the place needs improvement but has some great potential!

Things are starting to settle down and we wanted to reach out to you both and your team and thank you so much for giving us such an amazing wedding! The venue was beautiful, the food was phenomenal, and the service was first class. I remember almost a year ago when we came to see the venue for the first time, we saw the 3 furry newfies out in front and fell in love with them right away and not long afterwards you two and Crystal Cove. The venue offered so many choices for our guests as well. My dad who is next to impossible to please was raving about the gorgeous venue and the food and service provided by you two and your team. Ruth thank you for being such a professional and coordinating with the vendors and us as well as letting our guests stay later, everyone had such a great time. Ashley was so nervous thank you for being so emotionally supportive of her before she walked down the aisle. My brother said the salmon was the best he's ever had; we never order it out because we typically get disappointed. Everyone had such a great time, had so much great feedback that it was the best wedding the guests have been to. Again thank you so much for making all of our wedding day dreams come true! FYI our wedding was on 14OCT2017.
