The training for your tech support is absolute garbage!!!! I activate a new modem with bridge mode every 2-3 days always takes like 4 people to figure out this simple task that should take 3 mins always takes 2-3 hrs.

Call to set up tech visit. Only techs have Altice boxes. Can't get them from the stores.

1) Why is my business account not allowing me to send attachments? 2) Why did I get hung up on my call back from the machine that was speaking when I was pressing 1, to verify I was on the phone? 3)Why can I not speak to a HUMAN? PLEASE.
