Replaced my whole screen in only 2hrs with no appointment when Best buy was charging twice as much and would've kept my phone for a week to fix. Ironically, they were recommended to me by the guy at Best Buy lol. Very good customer service, total life savers! Hopefully, I'll never need these services again but if I do, I will be coming straight here.

Very unpleasant experience. Waited more than two weeks for them to just tell me what was wrong with the game console. Didn't get a call, I had to call them. One more week waiting for the power cord, because they said that was the problem. Got it back, and it wasn't working. They didn't even check it . 0 star. Very unprofessional and , and they didn't have the power cord or HDMI cable back,!! ☹️

Horrible service, Pathological Liar. Since Sept 1st my son labtop is for repair with them through Assurion. They gave me delivery date for repair sept 9th. When i called them on Sept 10th, technician stated he is only person and he didn't get a time to see labtop and requested me to give one day and he will check and call me back. He did called me and stated he place order and hopefully we will repair it for you by Sept16th. I called them on sept 16th and ask for delivery, again the same technician came on the phone and stated that he is really busy and didn't get a time to check order status for parts and told me that he will call me back, which he never, Today Sept 23rd i called and ask for owner of this company, luckily he picked up the phone. he told me that he knows whats going and start blaming UPS for parts delivery and start telling me UPS has strike going on and selling me that he filed complain with UPS for parts. They are liar. Be aware don't go to them. they will screw you as they are short of staff and they over booked. i wish i can give them no star. NOT TRUST WORTHY AT ALL.

We will not charge you unless we are able to repair the device via our water cleaning process. Please bring by the device so we can see how extensive the water damage is and if it is repairable.

I know they fix them there the length of the time depends on the damage I would guess
$99 if it does not need any parts, otherwise you would pay for the parts needed with your approval. No charge if we cannot fix it. Please do not charge it or try turning on and stay away from rice.
Yes we can. Just bring it by. It usually takes about 1 hour to 1 hour and half.
