Love the cheese breads! This place isn't much to look at from the outside, but don't let that fool you. The food is fresh and delicious, and the owner is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about gluten-free.

Finally a gluten free shop where healthy non gluten products are offered at reasonable prices. All foods are either cooked on site and all baked goods also along with an array of frozen breads for home. The (2) 10" pizzas for $9.99 allow me to consume my second favorite *Italian* dish

We follow all of the CT and local Dept of Health recommendations; Food items received from our purveyors are cleaned before being stored; Facemasks, gloves, handwashing and sanitizing of surfaces, plexiglass between ourselves and guests, no eating in at the moment (takeout and curbside only).
Yes you can becasue it is a hour drive for me I always buy frozen to go as well.
