This is the second time that I've had a really bad experience. No joke, this is what my pizza looked like when I picked it up. The kid who boxed it up (I was there waiting) looked at it when it came out of the oven, saw how bubbled up it was, stuck it in a box, and handed it to me with the rest of my order. I didn't look at it there, I figured maybe it wasn't too bad, I was only seeing it from afar. I got home and opened this box and was astonished that they'd hand anything over to a customer that looked like this. I threw it away. We won't be going back.

My husband and I placed a carryout order tonight at the Marco's Pizza in Lindon, and its was DELICIOUS!! On that order was a medium pizza, cheese bread, and a caesar salad. My husband went to go pick up the order to bring it home. All three items were FRESH and looked amazing!! We both love Marco's pizza, but tonight the food was phenomenal!! I know, it's just pizza, but I just thought I would let people know that the crew working tonight did a great job! Roman, Dallin, Kevin, and Christopher...THANK YOU!! I called the store to quickly thank them for not only for the delicious food, but also for the amazing customer service that they had provided to my husband as he picked up our order. He told me that the crew was very polite and super helpful.

Worst place ever! I ordered pizzas for delivery from here and an employee called me 20 minutes after I ordered the pizzas to tell the manager said I had to give them a bigger tip if I wanted them to deliver the pizzas! So I told them I would just come in to pick them myself and to take off the tip and delivery fee! When I got to the store I asked for the manager but was told he wasn't there! I then asked for the manager's name so I could call corporate and complain but the boys refused to give it to me! They also refused to give me their names and kicked me out of the store without my pizzas even though I already paid for them!

Been coming here for a while. Was excellent when it first opened, but has been slipping. Last night was the worst by far. Ordered online, sent my son to pickup and he arrived when email instructed. Still had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Employees were unprofessional and downright weird. I ordered a large, but he got home to discover they put a medium in a large box! And it was burnt! And how about that jalapeno spread? Or the slice entirely missing cheese? And didn't give us the garlic dipping sauce I ordered, either. Sad to see a great establishment spiral downward. This was a miserable experience. Update: after I posted the review the store manager, Kailen, reached out to me and wanted to make it right. He gave us a free order the following week, and I'm happy to report things were much smoother. The pizza was made accurately, it was done close to on time, no burnt crust, and they had my dipping sauce without me having to ask for it. Raising stars from 1 to 3. And I will up it again with another successful experience.
