I can't speak to the quality of the food or service because it never arrived, after taking my friend's money and agreeing to provide catered food to his wedding rehearsal. However, I think the worst part was their reaction, or lack thereof. When my friend called to coordinate picking up the food at the agreed upon time, the response was effectively, "Oh yeah, we're not doing that, we don't have the staff." No advanced notice, and no remorse. Perhaps next time you can schedule your labor in advance, you took the money in advance. On a related note, please give Matty his money back.

My brother paid these guys $500 to cater the rehearsal dinner for his wedding this weekend. He called them to see if the order was ready only to find out that the two staff members working that evening had never heard of the order that, again, he already paid for. I stood next to him as he tried in vain to get in touch with one of the managers on the phone who never picked up. Thanks for causing panic and forcing my brother to figure out last minute how to feed all of his guests!
